Life of Christ Nesting Doll 5pc/6"

This matryoshka features different scenes from the life of Christ on each of the five dolls, and comes in several different versions. The first doll is the Nativity. "Nativity" in Russian is written in gold across back of the largest egg. The scene depicted on front varies from doll to doll, but is always a depiction of the nativity. The second is Jesus's baptism. The final three are Easter themes, including the crucifixion and the ascension. Made in Ryazan, Russia, this nesting doll features a high gloss lacquer.
